Thanks Elsa, that last Interview was good and answered why he was squirming for me. Gerry talked about the sitting for his scenes vs working presently filming his new action film. But, You think they could have found him a better chair to sit in for those interviews 😏

Nice article on Gerry today & because of the release of CopShop..from Entertainment Weekly.. Gerard Butler's best performances, ranked
“There's no other movie star quite like Gerard Butler. The 51-year-old Scot occupies a unique spot in Hollywood. He doesn't make $200 million movies, he hasn't donned a cape (at least not a superhero one), and he's never chased award-type roles... yet there aren't many actors as consistent. In a world where the mid-budget action film is disappearing, Butler owns the space, churning a few out every year, and even shockingly turning some into franchises (Olympus Has Fallen being on the verge of having three sequels is almost unexplainable). Ahead of Butler's villain turn in Copshop (out Sept. 17), we're counting down the action hero's top 10 performances.” More here😊 ew.com/movies/gerard-butler-best-performances-ranked/

Nice article.. I was wondering if he was thinking of playing Teddy at first, but I am surprised he had this project for 4 years. Frank Grillo mentioned that Gerry initially turned down doing the film. Sure takes a long time to get movie's into production.

Thanks Elsa for the reviews.. decent reviews and 3 out of 5 gives the film a fresh rating on RT usually. A good start, this is definitely a cult type of film with a lot of violence and gun play.

A 4 star review — nice comments about Gerry “Butler continues his recent run of turning in rather enjoyable performances that really started a few years ago with the lower-budget The Vanishing, a mystery set on a remote Scottish island, and then a third, very good sequel in the ‘…Has Fallen’ series, Angel Has Fallen, and then last year’s surprisingly good disaster epic Greenland”. Alexis continues to get great reviews for her performance in all of the reviews I have seen.. so lucky for the film! www.thehollywoodnews.com/2021/09/10/copshop-review-dir-joe-carnahan-2021/
