I wonder if his new look is for AHF... Seems unlikely since secret service guys are always clean-shaven but, maybe it could be for the movie if they film the ending first and he is now retired. Never know about movie making  I thought maybe there had been a change in plan and Snow Ponies was next for filming 🤓 |

There is a tweet out there saying AHF is postponed for three months to give Gerry a chance to rest and recoup from his accident. Don't know if it is true or not. I would think if it is action packed there still would be scene's that aren't. I would think those could be filmed first.

I think It is important to have Gerry in the same shape for all of the scenes of the film., you could see the physical difference in the reshoots for Geostorm since he had started to add weight for DOT. There were actually comments about the difference in his beard and weight by people who saw the movie on Twitter.
I think Gerry mustn't be able to train at the level needed for his role as Mike Banning.

The guy that posted that has been in a lot of movies and he usually plays a bad guy. I wonder if he will be bad in this movie. So it looks like some preproduction has started. |

I think if there is a delay of some sort, there is still a lot of other prep that can nonetheless be done. If it is some kind of financing or insurance or medical clearance for some of the cast, that doesn't prevent the rest of the crew from working. Nice to see some of it getting done!

Holt M. posted another ig pic about AHF. seems like Gerry's costars promote his movies more than him. I know he is healing from injuries but he could put out some news on his ig about preproduction while he is healing. Even give an update on his healing since we are seeing his sore legs. He doesn't have to go into great detail but you wonder why the booties he is wearing on the beach pics are for.

Gerard Butler is set to return as a dedicated Secret Service agent in action movie Angel Has Fallen, which is scheduled to film in London and Bulgaria. The movie is produced by Millennium Films and will follow Butler’s tireless agent Mike Banning as he fights terrorists on board Air Force One, the aircraft used by the US president. Butler has played the role twice before in Olympus Has Fallen, following a similar premise in the White House, and London Has Fallen, which was set in the English capital. ‘Angel’ is the classified call name for Air Force One. Angel Has Fallen will use Pinewood Studios as its UK production base but will shoot additional scenes on location in Bulgaria and at Nu Boyana Studios, which also hosted parts of both of Butler's previous Fallen movies. Pinewood Studios is currently home to the rebooted Star Wars franchise and in the past couple of years has hosted The Mummy, Assassin’s Creed and, indeed, scenes for London Has Fallen. ECLECTIC DEAL
Heidi Jo Markel’s Eclectic Pictures has signed a multi-picture deal with Avi Lerner’s Millennium Media with “The Bricklayer” as the first project, Variety has learned exclusively.
Gerard Butler is attached to produce along with Alan Siegel and Danielle Robinson are producing on behalf of G-Base. Based on the New York Times best-selling novel by Noah Boyd, the story centers on a former CIA agent now working as a bricklayer, who is forced back into the agency when a maniacal extortionist aims to destroy U.S. intelligence through a series of bizarre killings. Hannah Weg’s screenplay adaptation is currently out to directors.
Additional titles in the deal include the sci-fi actioner “Michael Zero,” written by Adam Alleca. Markel is also executive producing “Angel Has Fallen,” the third installment of the franchise starring Gerard Butler, Morgan Freeman, Tim Blake Nelson, Holt McCallany, and Jada Pinkett Smith, with principal photography in February.
Eclectic is also developing with Millennium an untitled female-driven actioner and a female-driven socially conscious drama, to be announced at a later date. Markel is also executive producing “Drug Tunnel” which is currently casting.

Do you think he will leave today if he has to be on good morning Britain on Tuesday. I read filming is starting on February 6th. Jada is supposed to be in law enforcement who is after him. This movie sounds interesting. He seems excited about it when he has talked about it. More drama with some action thrown in.

I wish Bricklayer would come to pass. I know the author of the book passed away and he was going to be the script writer. the family must have had to settle all things after his death to see if his book could still be made into a movie. Gerry would be great in the lead because it is about a strong willed man who believes in doing the right thing. The book was very good.
I wonder if Snow Ponies is still in the production stage or if it has fallen away because nothing has been mentioned about it for a while.
