Moritz' group said they would be "trapped in the purgatory between assumption and rejection until May 2016 at the earliest" of their contract for the film if the court were to approve an extension. The delay, they added, would cause lead actor Gerard Butler to leave the production, which in turn would "diminish the value of the project to the point where production financing to produce the picture... will evaporate."

Realitivity in the news today deadline.com/2015/12/relativity-media-tells-bankruptcy-films-profitable-1201666914/This on Hunter Killer Hunter Killer (April 2017) is forecast to have $124.3 million in sales, leaving $23.7 million after $96.6 million in distribution and $4 million in production costs for Relativity. So now we have a release date April, 2017 release date for Hunter Killer. Three months after GEOSTORM is released in Jan 2017. I like the idea of two movies a year .. I wonder if HC will be released in 2016 |
