What do you guys think of the U.K. Poster for Hunter Killer?? There isn't even a submarine on this poster??? You can see Lionsgate is counting that the GErry and Gary Oldman will be the draw for the film.

The trouble with these idiots is that can't seem to separate a movie story from a documentary. The public will make it a hit or a miss not these dummy's .

The problem is that the navy publications should be championing any film that the Department of the Navy cooperated with the film production - no one on the film was out to make the navy look bad or they wouldn’t have secured their participation. Someone needs to get in front of this negative press. October is crammed with big releases too many films vying for the same audience.k

He can't cut a break or is this some kind of pr even if bad to get people talking about it. Will people go to see it to see what the fuss is all about. Who knows. Most movie goers just want to see a movie that interests them for the story. It's an action flick and that's the type of audience it will attract.

Well another bad report from THE VERGE about the movie. Not kind to Gerry and say the film is laughable. One other thing, another Michael Myers horror flick debuts the week of the 19th and you know that will probably keep HK from doing big numbers. The comparison to the Fallen movies is brought up too. I hope it does better than what is being talked about it. We like Gerry's movies because we like Gerry but the rest of movie goers don't see him that way. Critics never give him a break and they haven't changed their tune of HK so far. Maybe with Lionsgate picking up Keeper's that might be a heads up for a true dramatic role that Gerry gets to show his talent. They are willing to promote the film because they see its potential.

yea! thanks for the good news terryann ! I want to see the PR people for the film capitalize on this guys expertise as a ex-submarine commander to validate the film and stop the naysayers -- they need to be pro-active before social media can turn it negative!
