LOL!
"Gerard Butler wants to add a dragon into London Has Fallen.
The Scottish actor starred in the action movie's prequel Olympus Has Fallen and is gearing up to film the follow-up about a terrorist attack on England's capital.
He's currently on promotional duties for How to Train Your Dragon 2 and took a shining to co-star Craig Ferguson's suggestion that London Has Fallen could benefit from involving one of the fantasy creatures.
"A dragon in a London tower? I should have [Craig] involved in all my productions, as his ideas are just invaluable," Gerard laughed to Collider."

That would really be something! A blockbuster for sure!

Hehe. Did you see the video where Craig says his next movie is Bakersfield is Falling? Then in another video or article Gerry said that Craig stole his idea.

Those two should be a comedy team. They'd be so funny. I would be first in line to see them.

Well if GB had gone on the buddy comedy route ala The Hangover instead of doing a few too many romantic comedies... That frat genre is still around, it might be fun to see them doing some sort of old men comedy. It's a pity Gerry isn't involved with all that Expendables stuff, but by all accounts they are jumping their own shark by changing up their line up and making the next one PG-13. That's kind of one of the things I liked about Olympus Has Fallen, it was R! So London isn't a go for the summer filming yet? I wonder what he will do in the mean time then?

I'm a bit confused on where he's supposed to go next! There have been so many things tossed around and I've lost track. I'm guessing if he has nothing for awhile he'll go back to CA unless he's really enjoying the mystery women of NYC. Which apparently he is!

This makes we wonder further about what really was the falling out over Point Break. Unless he was contractually obligated to promote Dragon 2, it would have fit schedule wise if London is not filming in the summer. I think everyone thought it would be more like fall anyway. So the old scheduling conflicts excuse doesn't seem to work here. Or was the reason given as creative differences? I don't remember either, hehe! Unless he intends to be on sight for Septembers, he should be setting off for that then soon, before he gets himself into more trouble in New York I find these pap stories so amusing. Of course he is going to see girls he recognizes or hit up a pretty girl as he's coming or going. So many chicks will also try to encounter him, too. But to make the headlines that these things somehow do is just silly to me. But at the same time, we like the news, catch 22!

Just saw this Spanish article from the Dragon 2 press that mentions London and Geostorm and that Point Break was supposed to be a schedule conflict and trouble with the script. It does however say that he apparently said he doesn't know which will 'roll' next, London or Geostorm. I imagine that means which will 'film' but hehe. I always follow myself with a translation check but sometimes Google Translate is kind of iffy if you know the language being translated and she how it is kind of just a gist estimate. ferriz.com.mx/vida-y-estilo/gerard-butler-disfruto-con-la-imperfeccion-de-los-heroes/"It was a scheduling conflict, but we were not agree with everything in the script. It breaks my heart. It will be a fun trip testosterone, "said the actor, who still does not know if the first roll catastrophic" Geostorm "or" London Has Fallen ". Meanwhile, he used his time to enjoy the World Cup in Brazil, where he will attend to watch the quarter finals, semi-finals and the final. "Three days later I have to go on business to London or Barcelona for a campaign. I have friends in London, but I think I will go to Barcelona because Spain will probably win again and want to go to party. It is very difficult, but if any team can do it on paper, it is Spain, "he said. Is this the same article you mentioned before Embla, about some kind of business in Barcelona?

Yes, think it`s the same one. But it has to been written before that fatal football match between Spain and the Netherlands... Oh, how quiet it was in the streets when Netherland scored, and how crazy exited everyone got because of that single goal Spain managed to score...
He he. Would love to see a Bakersfield has Fallen Movie. Sounds like a fun idea. I think Craig have been giving Gerry quite a hard time making jokes about Olympus has Fallen and the sequel. Remember Gerry saying something like: I can`t take this anymore, in one of the interviews. I guess that`s what he was referring to.

Yes so if London is a September go, it never was in conflict with the summer imminent Point Break. Haha. I'm glad he's not in Point Break, and I really hope he has a franchise to call his own.

That's true, could have been a building problem that might be putting them behind if they are behind at all. I still don't understand how they can do production design however without a director. Unless Foqua or someone else who is maybe producing or knows the style or direction they want is able to oversee it. However, outside of the old time action tone, London ought to be quite different from Olympus. I mean duh. Maybe if it is something specific like another famous building they need to copy in order to damage it, I guess something like that could be built without direct plans, because it is just a copy, but who's steering this ship?

I think some articles did say Freeman was not returning. However, didn't the VP guy die in Olympus, and there's been no mention of Melissa Leo returning as secretary. So it makes sense if Freeman as Speaker of the House is the person they are in contact with holding down the fort at home. Angela Bassett is supposed to return, but I'm not sure how here head of the Secret Service would be at home or if she's hostage in a bigger role this time that could be cool. Really, I think plot for having everyone appear is easy, even if the role may be small. The question is what kind of contracts did they have and how much money are they asking and how cheap is the production being Radha Mitchell is listed as back, too, and I hope she gets a bigger part somehow.

Will also be interesting to see if the shooting really starts in September. Hope so, atleast. Looking forwards to this movie quite a bit. I really liked the first one. Before seeing it, I feared it would be a bit too "American" for my taste, if you know what I mean. But it was much better than I expected. Quite entertaining.

Also some of the cast may use who is going to be directing as a signing on factor, and if there is no director, some may have reservations. I think a lot of people said they wanted to work with Fuqua the first time around. I liked Olympus a lot. I mean, part of it was preposterous, as if it could really take 13 minutes to bring everything down assuming they could get that far into the airspace to begin with anyway. Yet it was also a nice straightforward personal action piece that if you didn't know the design of the White House, that was okay. I didn't see White House Down though, not a Tatum fan.

"Design of the White House"? He he. Definitely don`t know anything about that. Was it that far off? Didn`t see the Tatum one either.

Hehe. I don't think so, but I mean people unfamiliar with Washington and how it is all laid out and the famous rooms in the White House and all that. I've been to DC many times but it is always so touristy.
