Saw it last night... IT WAS AAAWWEESOMMME! Total suspense, absolutely pulls you in. Literally (I really mean literally) on the edge of your seat wild ass ride. You will cheer and jump in this one 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Gerry played Joe Glass brilliantly, I can see why he wanted that role. He nailed the character perfectly 👏👏👏👏👏 Proud for him! Incridible job Mr B!!!
And no, this isn't just me being Gerry's fan. I had 3 other people with me, even one who doesn't do movies unless their anime, and all 3 came out of the theater saying !WOW! great movie. They also, literally, edge of their seats. Its worth it ladies, our man has a hit on his hands 🤗

Love when he does Seth Meyers. First they always do the camera correct so you get Gerry's full masculine self ❤❤❤ but Seth always does different personal stories. Love this interview.😍😎 never heard the Shamu and Jerry Butler's wedding stories... 😂😂😂

Did anyone else see the HK interview where Gerry talks of thinking about doing a Broadway play and some tv. Maybe that is why we see the NY interest in him again.

Went to see Hunter Killer very early this morning at a showing 10:45 a.m. And I was so surprised that there was at least 80 people in the theater. I think the movie was Great, very intense and exciting, the critics just do t get Gerry's movies!!!' It is sad that the box office is estimated at only $7.5 million for the entire weekend which it is really a shame. My partner thought it was great and rated it as his top Gerry movie.

Just got back from seeing Hunterkiller,it was pretty good very intense towards the end.I went to the matinee so there were not that many people in the theater.But boy did our guy look hot 🤓😍.You know a lot of people always criticize Gerry for his American accent,but I think he has mastered it well.Almost everyone knows Gary Oldman is British and in a few scenes I could detect his English accent,nevertheless he did a fabulous job but of course no one is going to criticize Oldman all I’m trying to point out is the unfairness 🤓

As much as I am extremely happy Gerry is thinking of doing a Broadway play and some tv, I do worry that maybe Roles in action flicks for him to produce has hit a wall. Millennium sold part of their studio so there is more than Avi Lerner choosing projects. I hope he does get a tv project since being a movie star is not enough to maintain a career. |

Just got back for seeing HK. I loved it. When Gerry said gripping your seat action he wasn't kidding. I got so excited at some parts I almost chewed on my purse strap.
Gerry was very good and so was all especially the action of the seal team. I thought it was a very well put together movie. The nut that I am I was actually asking people how they liked it. I got good reviews. It had a really good cast and I couldn't take by eyes off Gerry and my heart broke for Michael knowing what I knew. Gerry you done good!!

Box office mojo has a projected weekend box office for HK at 6.5 million. That is about half of DOT. Next week it will be up against new movies and the old ones that are still popular. It doesn't look good for it. Hopefully the international will pick up the pace. It is a good movie but sorry to say he just doesn't have the star power anymore. I really liked it and I thought it would have done so much better. The showing for it is also almost half of the theaters as the other movies. He can't compete with the wider distribution of the other films. Are his films all going to go the way of indie films with limited release locations. What's up with that.

I wondered that too. You know how fast this will disappear here with the poor showing it is getting. It doesn't matter how good it does internationally, those numbers won't be advertised here. Gary Oldman got his paycheck. I just got an odd feeling when I saw this premier. It just seemed like it didn't have the punch that most premier's have. Kind of low budget. His biggest press was with the navy and the pentagon. You know now how fast the flop crap will come out. I wonder if the costars don't do pr if it is a financial thing. It is a good movie and well acted. |
