Love those numbers! WooHoo thanks terryann for bringing such great news! The remaining foreign releases for DOT are NEw Zeland 15 March 2018 Hong Kong 22 March 2018 Spain 6 April 2018 Italy 10 May 2018 So far Japan and China are not listed. THe domestic run is just about done so hopefully the final foreign total for the movie will match the domestic run of $44 million. Which I think can happen.

Disappointing to see on Box Office Mojo that DOT is down to 60 theaters this weekend and then seeing that 12 Strong an Hostiles are expanding this weekend - what is that about?? Oh well, it seems now that the movie won't make it to $45 million, and will stop at ?$44.9 million domestically. Good run though

The South China Morning Post reviewed DOT and they weren't to crazy about it. We'll have to see what the numbers are for China to see if the people like it even though this critic wasn't enthused.

The South China Morning Post reviewed DOT and they weren't to crazy about it. We'll have to see what the numbers are for China to see if the people like it even though this critic wasn't enthused. HI, according to Deadline Hollywood DOT took in an additional 1.3 million internationally, they did not report what regions accounted for that total. Regardless of reviews, if DOT was released in China they had zero chance of big numbers since Tomb Raider was the winner according to Deadlibe Hollywood opening at 40+ million. STX has just started doing foreign releases so the numbers of screens I have noticed are not in comparison to larger distributors like WB. deadline.com/2018/03/tomb-raider-black-panther-coco-greatest-showman-international-box-office-weekend-results-1202341938/BOx office mojo does not have a domestic total for DOT total does include the foreign box office March 15 Total Lifetime Grosses Domestic: $44,900,095 61.1% + Foreign: $28,600,000 38.9% = Worldwide: $73,500,095 Edited to note -- since DOT will open in Hong Kong 22 March 2018 maybe that review was for this release date. There is still no date for release in China on imdb

I think Den of Theives has been pulled from theaters this weekend and its domestic run is over. BOM did not list any theater counts for this weekend. I think they made an error dropping the theater count in half last weekend because they missed making it to $45 million domestically, they were only $54,000 short of making that $45 million. I hope BOM will continue up-dating the foreign totals, I notice they stop totaling the summary page as soon as the domestic run stops on smaller studio releases. This is the totals listed-- Total Lifetime Grosses Domestic: $44,947,622 61.1% + Foreign: $28,600,000 38.9% = Worldwide: $73,547,622

It may be only 2 theaters near me but it's still playing here and it's playing all through next week with 2 to 4 shows a day. I checked and there is still 6 cities listed for Texas. So hoping we'll add some more to that bottomline for Gerry 😊

Actual box office numbers are released on Monday afternoon so if they are still reporting the box office to BOM we will see it then.

Which is why it’s probably showing in less theaters.

I haven't seen it announced on pay per view yet. Maybe it will end up soon on HBO or one of the others since it is pulled from theaters. This usually happens before it hits dvd.

April 24th maggiea 😃 and I've already warned the few household members who didn't see it with me in the theaters to hold on because they are going to be in for an awesome wild ride 👊

Great find maggiea! He shows his vulnerability in the movie for a moment, this scene would've brought that much more of it 💔 wish they would've left this one in.

Wifey posted an IG saying looking for the director's cut coming soon for DOT. Maybe the above scene will be included.

I am not a fan of the critics at the site "Film school Rejects" they bash Gerry in every film he does so I guess Den of Thieves being selected as #18 of their "top 18 movies so far of 2018" is a good thing 2uge4p4 , but boy could they have not given such a back-handed review filmschoolrejects.com/best-movies-of-2018-first-quarter/#18 Den of Thieves While no one who watched and loved Den of Thieves is under the illusion that it’s anything more than a B-grade Heat clone, it more than hits the spot when it comes to fulfilling cinematic junk food. If Michael Mann’s masterful crime opus is the equivalent of eating out in a five-star restaurant, then Christian Gudegast’s scuzzy counterpart is like the naughty portion of fries you devour at 3 am in a drive-thru parking lot. Gerard Butler plays a character called Big Nick, and he gleefully lives up to the moniker by barraging through every scene like a hulkish brute, fueled by toxic masculinity and nicotine. But he has a cheeky twinkle in his eye the entire time, perfectly straddling that line between macho tour de force and self-aware bonehead. Overall, Den of Thieves ticks off every box in the crime-thriller handbook, but it does so with so much beer gut bravado that you can’t help but admire its seedy charms. – Kieran Fisher
