Gerry and Ric have a special bond because I think Ric sees more in Gerry than just an actor. You can tell the respect they have for each other and Gerry trusts him. That comes across in Gerry on screen. Whatever it is I hope it continues for years to come.

I didn’t realize Greenland wasn’t released in the UK during its foreign release last fall. I sure hope the reviews will be good, hate to see negative reviews erase the movie’s present certified fresh rating. Gerry doesn’t seem to get good reviews from critics in the UK and Ireland.  Just read that article...just terrible angle to take on the movie. Looks like cancel culture is now aiming to cancel movies because it isn’t deemed culturally fair. It feels like another Gods of Egypt cancelling can happen. edited to note this Comment on twittter “If there's a need for #disaster #movies, they'd better be a damn sight better than this crap! Not only do the undeserving privileged (in the form of #GerardButler & #family) survive, the cause of the disaster is a comet, rather than the #climate” idiots must not have watched the movie.. because they got chosen for what skill Gerry’s character has..but in the end they still were rejected because their son’s health. Where are we heading?

Great to see the numbers up! Thanks for the good news terryann! It does bite to read such bs articles though. And yes it's very scary the spin idgets take and spew on society. Just thank goodness more than enough are positive over Gerry and the film. Each to their own opinion but haters gonna hate.... and this film absolutely didn't deserve any hate.... it's AWESOME! Watched on pvod and can't wait for my dvd to arrive next week 🤗🤗🤗 my family has alway reserved the evening for Gerry movie night! |

You know if it wasn't for covid I think this would have been a very big movie in theaters for Gerry. It isn't doing to bad now the many ways to see it. Most of the reviews are good for the movie and especially for Gerry. The humanity part made it more than just a scifi flick.

this interview from 1/28 with Greenland’s director by a Canadian entertainment reviewer who has always been a big fan of Gerry’s -her first name is “Bonnie“ some Older fans will remember her from POTO and Dear Frankie interviews. This is a really nice 15 min interview they talk the movie and of course Gerry and the entire cast. Note -+the interview has multiple ads breaking it up so it looks like it ends abruptly so stay on the link until the end.. fun comment about a certain actor’s singing again  |

So many new reviews for this film and how good Gerry is in it. There are even comments on his accent. So wonderful to see him get recognition for his acting.
