Keeper's has clicked up to 87% with 13 pro critics. You know even limited release just might give Gerry the breakthrough for his acting. Open doors to more dramatic roles. He has it in him to do that, Keeper's has shown that. It just makes me crazy that this movie has been handled this way. RT's has stayed steady in it's pro marks for it.

The National has an article that some what praises Gerry. It likes Gerry's small movies and 300 but not so much the ones that got panned by everyone else. They like Keeper's and say Gerry should do more films like that. Dear Frankie, etc. Even with some parts that were critical they didn't make it overly harsh about his work. They kind of said where his strength as an actor should be followed.

I wonder if we will see tweets soon of Gerry arriving for the Glasgow Film Festival - The Vanishing is having its premier at the festival on Thursday. He should be on his way no later than tomorrow morning since there is a time difference from the U.S. And Scotland - hope we see some photos! Good Luck Gerry!  |

Looks like Maurice Fadida is attending the festival, I don’t understand why Gerry has given almost no attention to this project. |

I can't help but think he is staying away on purpose, maybe it is the case that they think or he thinks that he brings out negative comments when he attends?. I thought the film was to have a Gala event maybe that was cancelled?. |

Apparently he doesn't have to do something very important in LA, nothing more important than a premiere for his movie. Sorry if I say this, but he should be there because it should be important for him, it's his country and his history/legend. Anyway I'll wait the Oscar's parties if he'll show up....

Looks like Gerry will not attend the premiere of The Vanishing the site indicates that only the director and Connor Swendells will attend
